This service is intended for businesses which do a lot of air shipments using UPS, FedEx, DHL/Airborne, or the U.S. Postal Service Express services. Each of these services has a definite delivery time, that is, they are guaranteed to be deliviered by a certain time on a set day.
Like most companies, you probably do not have the time to check the airway bill numbers to see if they arrived on time. You assume that because you paid them to be delivered in a timely manner that they were. Unfortunately this is often not the case. Some statistics show that nearly 14% of UPS and Fedex packages are delivered late; some say it is only 7%. Either way, for a company regularly using an overnite shipper, the fees can add up.
If these packages, which are guaranteed to be delivered by a certain time, are late, then you, the shipper, are due a refund. That's where I come in.
I am offering to look up the airway bill numbers for you, to determine their delivery time, and to call your shipping agency and file refund paperwork for you. These refunds must be applied for within 15 days of the date of shipment, or they are considered forfeit by these shipping agencies.
Having worked directly with the UPS tracking system for over a year, I am aware of how it works, and have during that time also used the tracking systems provided by FedEx, USPS and DHL/Airborne. I am fully qualified to process the airway bill numbers and provide the information regarding your refund eligibility to you.
The only compensation I am asking for my time and effort in looking up these packages and processing these refunds for you is the greater of $100 or 25% of your total eligible refund from the shipping agency.
For this small fee, you provide me once a week with your airway bill numbers. By the next buesiness day, I will have for you an amount, including the eligible bill numbers, which you should be refunded from the shipping agency you utilize. If your refund is less than $100, all I ask is $100 for my time and effort in processing this information. If your refund is more than $100, then I will only charge you 25% of the eligible refund. Keep in mind that I am also applying for these refunds on behalf of your company. You will never have to call your shipping agency to apply for a refund. I will take care of those details for you.
